ANTI-FREEZE TESTER WITH ADBLUE
A refractometer is a sensitive optical instrument used to determine the freezing point of coolant and windshield washer fluids, assess the quality of electrolyte in lead-acid batteries, and measure AdBlue solution. As the tested substances may be hazardous to health, direct contact with the liquid must be strictly avoided, and only the supplied pipette should be used for sampling.
The refractometer is made of brass, the measuring scale is engraved, and the housing is made of aluminum, making it resistant to environmental conditions in which it is used. It ensures fast and accurate liquid measurements under both daylight and artificial lighting. It is an essential tool for testing automotive operating fluids in passenger cars, trucks, and buses.
Five measurement scales:
- 1.10 – 1.40 kg/L (± 0.01 kg/L) – electrolyte density in the battery (state of charge)
- 50 – 0 °C (± 1 °C) – freezing point of ethylene glycol
- 50 – 0 °C (± 1 °C) – freezing point of propylene glycol
- 30 – 35% (± 0.2%) AdBlue concentration
- 40 – 0 °C (± 5 °C) – freezing point of windshield washer fluid
Set includes:
- Refractometer
- 1 pipette
- Calibration screwdriver
