DUAL CLUTCH TRANSMISSION (DCT) REMOVAL/INSTALL TOOL

 

Professional SATRA set for the safe replacement of the dual clutch assembly in KIA / Hyundai DCT automatic transmissions. Using this set allows controlled installation of a new clutch assembly without damaging the clutch basket or shaft, while maintaining proper alignment during operation.

The set is designed for use with 6DCT transmissions (e.g., D6GF1, D7UF1), commonly found in Hyundai i30, Tucson, and Kia Ceed, Sportage, and similar models.

 

The set includes:

• Pressure beam with threaded screw – used for controlled pressing of the clutch from the shaft.

• Mounting plate with elongated holes – allows adaptation to different transmission models.

• Semi-circular centering segments – stabilize the component during operation.

• Screws and spacer sleeves – for securing the tool to the transmission housing.

• Guide sleeve / adapter – ensures even force transfer.
